NEWPORT VILLAGE
Brands aren’t always straightforward. Our brief for Newport Village was to simultaneously run two campaigns across paid + owned channels to deliver leads for distinct apartments and townhomes. The two options targeted considerably different markets, with the premium townhomes commanding a higher price point to the apartments. The superior look for the townhomes was applied to the display suite as well as printed + digital collateral, with two separate campaign landing pages created and leads qualified by interest and budget.
