Since 2021, we have collaborated with Cbus Property and Sterling Global on their exclusive South Yarra project, Como Terraces. To present Como Terraces as the pinnacle of opulent living, we undertook a comprehensive brand refresh, ensuring all marketing efforts were in sync. Our strategy was a blend of creative excellence and strategic media planning, all aimed at showcasing the unique luxury of Como Terraces.

OUTCOME

As a key component of the customer journey experience, we designed and implemented an eDM workflow series. We saw exceptional results, with an average open rate of 54.43% and a click-through rate of 8.5%, both significantly above industry standards. By delivering compelling content directly to potential buyers, we were able to help the sales team foster deeper customer engagement with the project.
