OVERVIEW

Having organically – and successfully – built a reputation and legacy across Australia since 2013, National Car Wash Sales wanted to differentiate itself from a crowded market. The commercial real estate business, set in the car wash industry, entered a new era of operations by capitalising on its trusted reputation + adding a specialised advisory service. Now it just needed its brand to reflect this new level of professionalism + convey it to a broad market.

OUR APPROACH

The business’ heritage was important to our client, so we ran a brand discovery workshop to understand it in greater detail, as well as the industry and competitor market – nationally + internationally. We also took a deep dive into National Car Wash Sales’ business goals + vision for new era. With this knowledge we were able to establish the new brand foundations + positioning before evolving the name and developing the brand expression + visual identity.

OUTCOME

The sophisticated Car Wash Sales & Advisory brand is also approachable to ensure it sits comfortably within the broader car wash sales industry. We developed a new website with custom CRM integration to better handle new + existing leads, as well as a suite of sales + marketing documents. 

We also applied the new brand to social media, eDM, signage + merchandise. The ongoing partnership continues with an eDM + social media strategy as well as a comprehensive media plan to roll out the brand.
